When you book a stay in our serviced accommodation, we strive to make the check-in process as simple and flexible for you as possible. Therefore we use easy self-check-in systems that allow you to access the accommodation at whatever time you arrive.
This means no waiting around for a host with keys and no collecting the keys from somewhere far away. Simply arrive at the home and follow this few simple steps to gain access.
Can I book through Airbnb?
You sure can! All of our properties are available to book on all major UK booking sites including Airbnb, Booking.com, TripAdvisor, Agoda, Vrbo and over 10 more sites.
However, by booking with us direct here at Truestays, you benefit from our Lowest Price Guarantee. The booking sites mentioned all charge 15% to 30% commission on top of what we charge. By booking direct you are saving yourself up to 30%.

Are pets allowed?
We sometimes allow pets, depending on the property and a few other factors. You must get permission from our team to bring a pet. There is an additional fee to pay and extra conditions need to be agreed. Please note that if a pet is brought into our homes without permission, we will sadly have to terminate the stay.
