How do I book a stay?

Do the houses have WiFi?
Yes! All of our homes and apartments come with FREE, fast and unlimited WiFi for you to use throughout your stay with no restrictions.
How do I check-in?
All of our homes are self-check-in. We simply provide you with a unique code to either an on-site key safe or a smart lock to let yourself in whenever you arrive.
This means that there is no waiting for a host to let you in, no collecting a key from somewhere miles away and definitely no hanging around in a queue in a reception.
Is havanex ® cheaper than a hotel?
If your are looking to book a hotel or an Airbnb, our homes provide you with the perfect alternative. Our accommodation is reliable, homely, more cost-effective and provides grater freedom and privacy than hotels.
What is the difference between Havanex® and Airbnb®?
Where do we start?! There are quite a few features that differentiate a stay with havanex from a stay on Airbnb.
Havanex ® is cheaper – we do actually list our homes on Airbnb, however to do so Airbnb charge a fee of up to 18%. This means we need to increase our prices on Airbnb to cover this. By booking directly with havanex, you get the best price on the market.
Havanex ® is more reliable – Airbnb is a community of 10,000’s of hosts, which means that guests can find very unique experiences. However, we realised that guests aren’t always looking for ‘uniqueness’. What we provide is consistency for our guests. You can book always knowing that you will be staying in a high-quality, reliable, trendy, fully-equipped home and that you will always be dealing directly with a respectful, friendly and professional host… (yes, we’re bigging ourselves up in 3rd person 😉).
Can I move straight in from abroad?
Yes you can! There are no requirements to be a UK citizen, so as soon as you get to the UK, you can check-in for your stay, just like you would in a hotel for a holiday.
What happens in an emergency?
Due to the great care that goes into setting up and maintaining our homes, emergencies are incredibly rare. However we are not naive and we realise that emergencies can happen from time-to-time. This is why provide guests with 24/7 emergency phone number that they can call at anytime if there is an emergency. Our team will work rapidly to sort the issue are provide alternative accommodation if required.
Is the accommodation pet-friendly? 🐶
If you are looking for pet friendly temporary accommodation to rent, we can help!
While not all of our accommodation is per-friendly, we have some specially selected h0mes where we are pleased welcome pets.
These homes have fully enclosed gardens.
Please note that you must inform us about all pets and there is an additional pet fee to be paid. Bringing a pet without informing us will be a breach of the agreement.
Is this suitable for BNOs (e.g. from Hong Kong)?
Yes, you can! We frequently provide accommodation to (British Nationals Overseas) BNOs that are visiting or relocating to the UK. A large number of our relocation guests BNOs are moving / immigrating to the UK from Hong Kong 🇭🇰.
